We use a secure online payment system via Protx & Streamline services. We are in no doubt that it is completely secure to order online, your card details are not held on the Internet. Once payment has been validated and authorisation approved, the card details are deleted. This means that you will have to repeat your card details for every online order - a small inconvenience, but one that makes it completely safe to order online.
By default, product prices are UK VAT inclusive until you proceed to purchase your order. Taxes and duties are then calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Please note that UK VAT will only be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.
If you are living in the UK or Northern Ireland you receive free delivery on any order no matter how big or small, aren't you the lucky ones! All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order and standard delivery takes 3-5 working days.
You'll be happy to know that we offer a Next Day delivery service for UK deliveries for £6 if you would like to receive your order that extra bit quicker. Please note that we can only guarantee Next Day Delivery if your order is placed by 2PM from Monday to Friday.
We now offer delivery all over Europe for €14 on any order, no matter how many items you're buying! Delivery usually takes between 5-7 days.
We also offer a delivery service Worldwide for a standard rate of $19 to anywhere in the world. Delivery usually takes between 7-10 working days.
We gift wrap every order, so your purchase will be packed in a cotton bag and then in a ribbon gift bag.
If you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason, return them within 21 days of their dispatch and we'll exchange them or refund your money in full. We can only accept items that have not been worn, used or altered. We cannot refund or exchange on pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
If you are returning any item purchased in conjunction with a promotion, returning your purchase will invalidate any promotional code or offer.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that the cost of return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.
When putting your jewellery on, make sure you've finished your hair, make-up and sprayed your perfume before completing your look with your jewellery. To clean, use a cotton cloth. Please handle with care, we recommend storing your Martine Wester treasure in the provided dust bag or box.
